Error 1000

I have error 1000 And I can't open the game

Hi, since May 13th when I open the game I get "unknown error 1000" and I can't log in. I reinstalled the game, restarted my phone but to no avail. I tried on another device, another internet and with vpn but I get the same error when I log in. Please EA help me!
