Error 1000

In the summer of 2025, a 1000 error occurred on the Reizer account this morning, and it still hasn't gone away. Please remove the ban or explain why if I didn't do anything wrong.

    Hi Reizektt​. Sorry to see you’re running into this error on your phone. I've gathered some steps that could help you fix this issue. 

    1. Make sure FC Mobile and Android are fully updated.
    2. Force close FC Mobile, clear the app cache/data, and restart the phone.
    3. Try both Wi-Fi and mobile data.
    4. Reinstall FC Mobile (only if your account was linked to save your progress).
    5. If your device supports this feature, try setting the screen resolution to full resolution. Many Android devices allow such changes to improve performance or battery life. See if changing it will help you load the game. 
    6. Verify if your device is supported
