Subject: Match freeze during event
I was playing an event challenge match (Capped Legends Chapter 4) on the final day in EA Sports FC Mobile.
The score was 4–4 during extra time (around the 105th minute) when the game suddenly froze and became completely unresponsive.
I waited for some time, but the match did not resume, and I had to restart the game. As a result, I lost my final attempt in the challenge.
This appears to be a technical issue rather than a user-side problem.
I request a review of this incident and any possible compensation or restoration of the attempt.
