Error 10000 - Unable to join or rejoin a league

I tried to join a League but every time I clicked on join it always got an unknown error 10000 even though my network was very stable please help

I can t join the league so I can t pick the gem reward I hope that you will solve this problem as soon as possible or give us those gems
