Error 10000 - Unable to join or rejoin a league

I tried to join a League but every time I clicked on join it always got an unknown error 10000 even though my network was very stable please help

Hi EA Support,
I’m having an issue with FC Mobile. My account shows network error 1000 and I cannot join any league.
I have waited over 24 hours, tried reconnecting, and ensured my internet is stable.
I noticed other players are experiencing the same issue, so I believe this might be a bug or server problem.
My EA UID: removed
In-game Username: Wayne_. Firefox
Please review my account and let me know how to restore league access.
