Error 10000 - Unable to join or rejoin a league

I tried to join a League but every time I clicked on join it always got an unknown error 10000 even though my network was very stable please help

Can't join a league.
   Hello Ea I can't join a league perhaps I have perfect network and no other hack or different issues
