EA fix your game - kicked me from my main account

It happens yesterday and it just happens again right now it kicked me from my main account each time I log in it just freezes loading and I can log into my account since it keeps saying log in failed user is xrx_fc.7

    Hi, sorry to hear that you can't log in to your account. Have you already tried some mobile troubleshooting steps, such as restarting your phone and clearing the game cache? Also, please let us know what device you’re using and whether the issue happens on Wi-Fi, mobile data, or both.
