Error 309 – Unable to Make Purchases on EA FC Mobile Web Store

Hello,

For the past two days, I have been unable to make any purchases through the EA FC Mobile Web Store. I receive Error 309 every time I try to complete a purchase.

According to the Help section, I tried the suggested steps such as restarting my modem, restarting my phone, and resetting my IP address. Unfortunately, none of these solutions resolved the issue, and the error still persists.

Could you please assist me with this problem?

    Hi there — are you able to open the store website on a different device or network? Also, please check that you don’t have a VPN enabled. If the steps listed in the Info section here don’t help, please use the Contact Us option so the team can review your account.
