Error of receiving daily rewards

On the morning of May 1, 2026, I received four more daily quests that award experience, Star Pass points, puzzles, and gems. An error occurred on one of the quests. When I clicked the "Receive" button, an error message appeared and I was returned to the main screen. It was impossible to complete the quests and receive rewards. I followed all the recommendations in the game chat, but nothing helped. I was advised to write to you. My progress in the game has practically stopped. It looks like there is a bug in my account that only the developers can fix. Eight days without rewards is already too long. Please look at the attached files and fix my account!
