Extra Time does not open

After the 2nd anniversary update my extra time does not open. It keeps on loading and loading but nothing happens. Sometimes when its not loading it shows a blank screen. There is no help ive got whatsoever and this shows how poorly the game is optimised. I have even uninstalled and installed several times but the problem still persists.
