Extra time frozen

I cannot go to extra time what is the problem

Try later massage appears when I open the extra time event and its still not letting me to choose the award

I'm having the same problem; it says "Sorry, an unexpected error has occurred. Please try again later." And it just kicks me back to the menu; I can't use anything in daily elections.
