I'd raise a ticket with Helpdesk via the in-game menu so they can check your account logs and see if they can identify the reason behind this. Make sure to mention that you already completed steps 1, 2, and 3. Also let them know what device you're using, along with the exact Android UI and version.
It’s unlikely to make a difference, but have you tried accessing your account through an emulator like Bluestacks, just to see what happens when you log in from another device?
If all else fails, it might be related to the bug identified as Bug #71 back in May. There hasn’t been any update on it in Discord so you'd need EA to comment on it further.
Yes , I have tried all the steps but didn't work. I am using samsung galaxy m32 of android version 13 & One UI version 5.1 . I didn't tried any emulator , if u say I can try as well. Thanks for reply ...but please fix it as soon as possible.
I know you already tried the steps. I just meant that you should mention that in your in-game ticket. The reason I mentioned the emulator as it technically is trying another device.
I can't fix it myself since I'm not affiliated with EA, but I've been around since the early days of the original FIFA Mobile and still play, so I know a bit about how things work. Just playing devil's advocate while sharing a tip or two.
