Extra tokens

Do you think it’s normal to give up figo ballon d’or and barzagli rank 5 for 10000 extra tokens and receive a choice between two 109 and two 110 untradables?

I lost a lot of valuable cards to extra tokens or exchanges and I get lame rewards ! Doesn’t make sense !! 

I am very frustrated !!

Furthermore, manager mode and matchmaking in vsa is very unfair ! Thinking of quitting the game !!
