FC Mobile 26 – Not compatible on Lenovo Tab M11
I am posting this here as well:
– FC Mobile was running normally on Lenovo Tab M11 (TB330FU) BEFORE Update 26.
– After Update 26, the Play Store now shows “This device is not compatible”.
– The device fully supports Vulkan 1.3 and OpenGL ES 3.2, so this is not a capability gap.
– Other Helio G88 / Mali-G52 devices can still install Update 26, so this is not a SoC-wide block.
=> This strongly indicates a Play Console device-level exclusion for this specific model build.
Support experience so far has been extremely unproductive:
– Replies arrive after 5–6 days (or more).
– When they finally reply, they send template messages unrelated to the problem.
– In my case, they told me “all progress is wiped every new season”, which is proven 100% false because
my Redmi device updated to 26 and preserved all progress perfectly.
– The EA Help site is extremely slow and often times out.
– The Live Chat with agent never loads — I literally cannot reach an agent in real-time.
At this point what is needed is NOT another generic support reply,
but escalation to the team managing device compatibility on Play Console
to review the exclusion for Lenovo Tab M11 (TB330FU).
This is a regression introduced in Update 26, not a hardware limitation.
Please forward this to the responsible team for review instead of sending another template answer.
