Hello EA Support,

I am experiencing a serious connection issue with my FC Mobile account.

FC Mobile UID: 906737112342228992

The problem is very specific to this account:

The game menu, missions, events, and other features work normally.

My internet connection is stable.

The network indicator in the game is green, but it shows 0 ms.

However, whenever I try to enter a match, the game gets stuck on “Connecting to server…” and fails to connect.

I have tested another FC Mobile account on the same device and the same internet connection, and that account can play matches normally.

I have already tried clearing the game data, changing networks, using a VPN, and other connection troubleshooting steps, but the problem still occurs.

Because another account works normally on the same device and network, I believe there may be an issue with the connection between UID 906737112342228992 and the FC Mobile match server.

Please investigate this account and check whether there is any server-side, matchmaking, or account-specific connection problem.

This issue is preventing me from playing matches normally and may also cause penalties or loss of progress if the game treats the failed connection as me leaving a match.
