FC Mobile disconnects me from every online match at 100% loading

Hello EA Support,

I would like to report a serious issue with FC Mobile.

Today, my game loads normally, and I can access all menus without any problems. Matchmaking also works normally.

However, every time I enter an online match, the loading reaches 100%, and instead of starting the match, I am immediately returned to the FC Mobile main menu. The game does not crash or close. It simply sends me back to the main menu, and the match is counted as a loss, giving my opponent the win.

I restarted the game four times, but the exact same thing happened every time.

Device: Infinix Smart 8 (Android 13)

Approximately 14 GB of free storage

The issue occurs in every online mode I have tried, not just one mode.

The game functions normally until the match is about to begin.

Please investigate this issue, as I am losing matches through no fault of my own.
