FC mobile division rivals Matchmaking

So when I was playing a match in FC mobile around the second half my game froze and it said matchmaking error and it removed me from the match without me doing anything but the strange part is it didn't remove the other player and when I tried to play again another match it said matchmaking failed and then I pressed play match and it said matchmaking failed because a match is undergoing. It first said matchmaking failed so that means I couldn't get in a match now why is it saying that I'm in a game while my screen was on the h2h menu where ur captain is shown anyone got any clues???
