fc mobile draft pack - Missing pack contents

i had 20 drafts i opened and both i got stoichov pirlo and maldini but after pack opening when went in my players inventory i couldnt see any of 20 players i had packed

Sorry to hear that. When content isn't appearing in game, we recommend these steps:

Allow 24hrs for the content to arrive. Sometimes it can take a bit to appear.
If it doesn't show after 24hrs, grab valid proof of purchase (PoP) - check out 'iTunes and App Store' for in-game purchases.
Create an in-game ticket to open a case with our support team for help with FC Mobile cases.

Our support team will do their best to help you with this from there, as we can't help with billing or missing content issues through the EA Forums.
