Fc Mobile Extra Time Pick Not Resetting

The Extra time pick didn’t reset even though it was supposed at 9 pm for me which it has been past that for 25+ mins. I have a video but it keeps saying its not a valid extension and I don’t know how...

Hey there! I just wanted to check in and confirm if you haven't claimed the Extra Time token already for this week. These tokens reset weekly. Our team has reviewed some examples, and it seems that many players have already used this option, thinking it was unavailable.

    I understand that could be the issue of some other people but for me I am certain that I didn’t buy the 40k nor the 10k and the free pick at the time of the reset. But yet it still says I somehow bought it even though I haven’t
