FC Mobile freezes when opening Squad screen

Hello,

 

I am having an issue in EA SPORTS FC Mobile.

 

The game works normally, including matches, store, and other menus. However, whenever I open the Squad/Lineup page, the entire game freezes and becomes unresponsive.

 

I have already tried:

 

- Clearing cache

- Reinstalling the game

- Restarting my phone

- Updating my device

- Changing battery settings

My device is Xiaomi 11T Pro.

 

The issue started after opening several player packs. Please check if there is a problem with my squad data or account.

    Are you able to test your account on a different device or perhaps switch your active lineup before the game freezes?
