- Device model (e.g., Samsung Galaxy S24, iPhone 15, etc.)
- Operating system version (Android/iOS version)
- Your region/country
- FC Mobile app version currently installed
- Whether the issue occurs in all game modes or only specific modes
- If possible, a screen recording showing the freeze when performing a power shot
