Fc mobile gem reward

I recently started playing this game called “Sea of conquest” and been completing the quests to gain gems with no fail. All of a sudden when i’m almost finished with the whole quest all of a sudden i’m not gaining the rewards. The reward in stuck on is “Reach flagship 23” but i passed that and am at 24 right now. I sent proof and my ID and am gettting delayed a response for days? Can you fix this, I spent over $100 trying to complete this quest and it wants to mess me over last minute and that’s completely wrong..
