Fc mobile problem

I am newly install the fc mobile from play store after open the game it show me the tutorial to click kick off when I click that my phone touch stop working

    Hi. Welcome to our forums.  If your touch controls stop working when you tap Kick Off  tutorial, please try these steps:

    1. Fully close FC Mobile and restart your phone.
    2. Go to Settings > Apps > FC Mobile > Storage and clear the game's cache.
    3. Make sure your phone has enough free storage space.
    4. Update FC Mobile and Android to the latest version available.
    5. Reinstall FC Mobile from the Play Store.
    6. If your device has Game Booster, Touch Protection, Screen Overlay, or Gesture Navigation features enabled, try disabling them temporarily and test again.
