FC Mobile VS Attack Lag & Pack Reward Issues

Hello EA Support,

I am facing serious issues in FC Mobile, especially in VS Attack. Even with a green ping, the controls do not respond properly. Passes, shots, and player movements are delayed or go in the wrong direction, causing unfair losses during promotion matches.

I have also opened around 20 event packs but did not receive any 119, 120, 121, or 122 OVR player. This feels unfair because I spend a lot of time collecting resources and opening packs.

I have been experiencing these issues for a long time. They happen frequently and have a major impact on my gameplay and ranking. Please investigate these gameplay problems and review the pack reward system to ensure fair gameplay and rewards for all players.

    VSA isnt latency dependant, its a local game vs AI that mirrors the opponent's squad. The same happens on your opponent's end. Then the score comparison displays, so it's an asynchronous "offline" game mode. True PVP where latency matters is only in H2H and MM. If you have delayed moves in VSA/LVL, then your issue is likely with your device or the install. Follow the basic troubleshooting guide -> Mobile Troubleshooting Guide | EA Forums - 12718775 

    With regards to bad pack luck, welcome to the commoners club, we all have bad luck controlled by RNG and probabilities set. Also, 20 packs is quite a bit off the 70 draws pity counter. Some are lucky, most are not.
