    This is a known issue, and it has been reported to the devs.

    No update at this point.

    Will solve this thread for visibility only. The issue is still ongoing.

Hello, EA team, there a bug in my account. When I wanted to get these prizes that can be obtained after doing 4 tasks. Even though I have done it, still it did not give my 500 shards and gems back. So please EA fix this.
