EA avoids communication through 6 cases i created why im banned for

I cannot make an appeal because EA is avoiding to communicate with me through 6 cases i have created as im being banned for one week. EA promised to communicate within 48 hours and it has already been 120 hours and i dont see any email according my ban.  Can you tell me what im banned for so i can use my appeal right to appeal for it.  And im asking EA to compensate my FC mobile account for all gems, coins, unused star pass(11 euro) lost during this one week.  I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING IN GAME AGAIN because EA is treating its players like a piece of shjt.  Refund my account and im deleting my account using the in-game data deletion function
