    This is a known issue, and it has been reported to the devs.

    No update at this point.

    Will solve this thread for visibility only. The issue is still ongoing.

So the new event that is being held at Bangkok inspired a new series of rewards that we get daily. Those missions and quests parts. In that, on Day 2 and Day 3, where I have completed my all 4 objectives, I didn't get 500 star shards and 1000 gems respectively. I would really like to resolve this issue and get back what didn't enter my account.

    Also I haven’t get those rewards on that event… There is no change to press “claim” button. It goes automatically to claimed without rewards. Only Day 1 can claim.
