first recharge offer that comes with every event didn't appear

Two days ago I reported a bug that occurred with my account. The first recharge offer that comes with every event didn't appear in my Toty account. It appeared for my colleagues to purchase, but it didn't appear for me. You don't need to send it to me for free; I just want it to appear so I can purchase it.
