Footyverse Bug??

Ran into a bug during the Footyverse event, where the final requirements were not registering, spent days on end trying to speak to Customer Service with no help, wondering if anyone else has ran into this? Had 4 footyverse players in my team, with the requirements being 3.....edit : attempted to add pictures of said Bug and of my team at that exact point of Event, but for some reason not allowing upload.

Any help would be appreciated 👍
