Hi mwojdhgoxnb8,

Is the option greyed out? Are you able to click on it or does it not react when you select it? It might also help to get a visual on things. Could you share a screenshot or clip of what you're seeing when you try?

  Yes it's greyed out and always take me back to homescreen saying sorry
