Footyverse chapter 111 player reward not opening

I have claimed all the 10 rewards but still cannot unlock the 111 OVR player. Please fix this issue quickly.

Same goes to me. Untill now still can’t claim it

same here. until now I cannot claim this even though i already claimed all the other rewards in the supply depot.

In footyverse when I try to buy the 111 player it always crashes and shows error 10000.

The event is about to end,  I need to claim player and put on swap verse,  so pla fix this urgently
