I cant redeem codes?!!

Hey ea, so im tryna redeem some of the new codes which are: CYBERWEEK25 and MLSCUP25. But it says that its either invalid, or i used it already. But i never used it. And i just copy pasted it in, and i made sure its correct and my account too. Can you help me?
