Formal Complaint Regarding the Shard Glitch and Unfair Player Advantage

Dear Game Support Team,

I would like to report a serious issue involving a glitch that allowed players to obtain more shards than intended. This exploit has created an unfair advantage for players who used it, negatively affecting the game's balance and fairness.

Players who chose not to exploit this glitch are now at a disadvantage despite playing fairly and following the intended game mechanics.

I strongly request that the development team investigate this issue, take appropriate action against the abuse of the glitch, and provide fair compensation to players who did not use it.

Every player deserves a fair and balanced gaming experience. It would be unfair for players who played honestly to suffer the consequences of an exploit they never used.

Please take this matter seriously and provide a fair solution for the affected player community.

Thank you for your attention and consideration.
