Freezing and crashing

EA it's been 4months since I complained about manager mode..H2H and vst..my WIFI is 100% good ...I clear caches and game is updated but still I complain about same thing all over again..my players are too slow,freezing and crashing..and yoooh still the is hackers in this game.. I love this game but am starting to loose interest I'll rate 5/10 now.
