Future stars event and Mbappe problem

Ok - the future stars one is a bug that is cause by the original gift/event pack providing one of the three players covered by the event - the team is looking into that, because that was not as intended.

if you claimed a player in the draft but didn’t receive them, they you need to contact customer service via the in game settings menu and tell them that you have “rewards not received” - do not mention the word bug or they will just send you back here - it is not a bug, it is likely an account synch issue and they will be able to check your game logs to see whether you should have received the reward, whether you did receive the reward, and whether it was perhaps accidentally loaded onto an exchange or player training (it happens 😬)

but yeah - customer service - reward not received 👍
