Game-Breaking Bug in Division Rivals - Infinite Loading

I am experiencing a critical bug in FIFA's Division Rivals mode that makes it impossible to play.

The Issue:

When I try to start any match in Division Rivals,the game gets stuck on an infinite loading screen and eventually crashes or disconnects with a connection error. This happens every single time.

What I've Tried:

· My internet is stable and works for everything else.

· I have tried using both my home Wi-Fi and a mobile data hotspot. The problem is the same.

· I have restarted the game, console, and router.

The issue is clearly not on my end, as it happens across two completely different internet connections. This is causing me to receive losses and lose Division Points for matches I cannot even play.

Please investigate this and provide a solution. Are you aware of this issue? Can you compensate for the lost points?
