Game Error Caused Loss of Diamonds – Escalation Required (FC Mobile)
Hello,
I am reporting a system-related issue in FC Mobile that caused a loss of in-game currency, and I am requesting escalation.
I did NOT make a mistake. I did NOT violate any rules.
I earned and collected Diamonds over time through normal gameplay and in-game actions. After reaching a total of 30,000 Diamonds, when my level 117 player joined, the game froze due to a technical error.
Because of this error:
My Diamonds were removed
The related actions were not completed
Nothing was restored to my account
This loss was caused by a game malfunction, not by user behavior. I have contacted support multiple times but only receive generic or dismissive replies, without a real solution.
I am requesting that this case be escalated to a senior support agent and reviewed manually.
Required resolution:
Restore the lost Diamonds, or
Provide equivalent compensation
