Game Frozen after Opponent Disconnect in Ranked H2H

Opponent disconnected and game froze for 5 mins during goal replay/celebration. Had to restart game. This was during a ranked game and so I did not receive a star despite winning 2-0. Not sure if bug or opponent hacking. Screenshot attached
