Game is unplayable becouse of the big ping

I would like to report several gameplay issues in FC Mobile:

1. Gameplay delays

   There are noticeable delays between my inputs and the actions of the players. This makes it difficult to control the team properly.

2. Game freezes

   The game sometimes freezes during matches, making the game temporarily or completely unplayable.

3. Inaccurate shots

   Shots sometimes go in completely different directions than intended, even when I aim carefully. They can feel random and inconsistent.

Overall, these issues make the game very difficult to play and significantly reduce the fun of the gameplay. The lag and freezes especially make it feel unfair because I cannot properly control my players or react to what is happening.

Please investigate these issues and improve the gameplay responsiveness and stability.
