23 hours agoThanks for the info. Since you've already tried clearing the cache and data, reinstalling the game, switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data, and completing all of the troubleshooting steps without any improvement, I'd like to gather a few more details.
Could you please let us know:
- Your device make, model and OS version.
- Do you experience this issue for a Guest or a linked account?
- Approximately when you were last able to access the game successfully.
- Whether the issue occurs on another network or another compatible device, if you're able to test.

Device is an Oppo Reno 10 pro+
Running running ColorOS 16.0.5
It's a linked account through both Google play and EA
Was last able to access the game about 1day ago( 30 hours ago)
Can't test on other devices
