Hey,
I have also been having the same problem for the past 2 days, i cant login to my guest account that is only linked with my google play games account because of the loading screen and i dont want to risk reinstalling and logging out of google play games since its a guest account only linked with google play games. I have 120 ovr and have been playing on it for almost 2 years, please it would really help if you responded because i dont want to stop playing because of this.

Did you recently change the Google Play account used in the Google Play Store app? No
Did you see any error message in-game before the account got stuck? No
At the “Choose account” step, are you selecting one of the accounts shown and still getting stuck? If so, which account are you selecting when trying to continue? No it doesnt let me choose
