Hello EA Sports,

I’m having a problem with the game. When I open it, it shows the “Choose Account” screen. I click on my account, but it just keeps loading forever and doesn’t go into the game.

This has never happened before. I’m worried because my team is 122 overall and I don’t want to lose my progress.

Please help me fix this as soon as possible.
