Game not opening issue

"Since May 9, 2026, FC Mobile has not been opening. After the resources load, it only shows a black screen. I have already tried reinstalling the game, but it still won't load."

    Hi there, sorry to hear that the game is not loading for you. Since reinstalling did not resolve it, please try these steps next:

    1. Force close FC Mobile, then fully power off your device for about 20 seconds and turn it back on.
    2. Check for FC Mobile updates and install any available OS/app updates.
    3. Make sure Airplane Mode is off, then test both Wi-Fi and mobile data.
    4. Disable VPN/proxy if you use one.
    5. Free up at least 2–5 GB of storage.
    6. Android: go to Settings - Apps - FC Mobile - Storage & cache - Clear cache, then reopen the game.
      iOS/iPadOS: offload the app, restart the device, then reinstall from the App Store.
    7. Launch FC Mobile again and allow the resources to finish loading without switching apps.
