Game stuck during a head to head match

I was playing a head to head match, got awarded a penalty, wanted to hit a "panenka" shot and then I appeared looking at the boots one of the players from underneath of the football pitch.

No button was working, nothing helped to deal with this bug. I waited for the match to finish but it never did. That forced me to reopen the game and the match I was winning to simply not be counted.
