Hi, after the Sept 25 update, I can no longer enter the game with my EA FC Mobile
• When | log in, the Ul stays on a black screen.
• In the middle of the screen, a white loading image keeps flashing, but the game never enters the main menu.
• There is no error message during the whole process.
What I have already tried:
1. Deleted the client and reinstalled the game.
2. Restarted my phone.
3. Switched networks (WiFi and 5G).
4. Ensured there is enough storage space (my iPhone has plenty of free space)
My device:
• iPhone 14 Pro Max
• Latest iOS version
• Storage space is sufficient
But the issue still persists. Is this a known bug after the latest update? Any workaround or fix would be appreciated.
