Getting an Network Error Orange in Manager Mode.

Hello, I am getting an error orange which is network connection related whenever I play manager mode this errors pops up. I can play other Division rivals properly except for the manager mode. Below ...

    Middle East / UAE internet provider is etisalat (e&)
