i think there's a problem in that quest, but to complete it just training transfer to a base rank bronze/silver and use him to level up that same player. You can use other players in the training process but it's better to use the player you sent your levels to, and it should be fixed. i did this with my 109 Eusebio and it finished the quest for me.
