Head to head match problem

Hello ea i am fest and i am player in fc mobile 26 ok my real problem is when i was playing head to head matches online it kick me out of the game for bad internet and my internet is working perfectly it happening to me everytime from yesterday it happened i want to you fix this bug and probem
