Neymar needs to move to a club or league featured in the game or retire to become an icon or hero. Alternatively, the Brazilian league needs to be added to the game. That’s the licensing and all that legal stuff.
Dani Alves needs to sort out his legal dramas first, as that is still not resolved and the allegations are rather serious.
