I hope you’re doing well. I’m reaching out because I’ve been experiencing extremely poor pack luck since around 2019, and it’s honestly affecting my ability to enjoy and compete in the game. No matter how much effort I put in, I rarely get usable or high-value players, and it becomes very discouraging.

At this point, it’s making the game feel boring for me, and I’m genuinely considering stepping away or retiring from the game altogether because I don’t feel rewarded for the time I invest.

I’m not asking for anything unrealistic — I just want to feel like I have a fair chance and that my experience matters.

Could you please check if something is wrong with my account’s pack odds or if there’s anything you can do to help improve my experience?
